This case study reviews how we scaled transaction volume with Click to Pay (secure tokenized transactions) across 18+ markets. This involves a data led approach, consumer insights and A/B Experimentation. It also touches on how to manage payments within the four party model, liability/fraud/chargebacks, and ultimately helping keep conversion rate high, ensuring the system can support spikes all while mitigating bad actors and their fraud. This starts with building a data program, working cross-functionally, and building a view across the product experience.
